-Yes, at Deloitte.

What do/did you like most about your first job after graduating?

-Collaborating with my team and being able to directly use the experience learned from my internship to apply to real world scenarios.

What do you wish someone would have shared with you during your time at CSU related to career readiness and the job search?

-Just how important networking is all throughout the college experience.  I got my interview for my current job through network connections I made during my internship.  If I hadn’t connected with folks on LinkedIn and engaged with them digitally, my resume wouldn’t have been referred directly to HR.

What advice would you give to soon-to-be graduates?

–You need to be your own biggest advocate. Application review boards don’t know how badly you want their program. They don’t know what it took you to get to where you are. Tell your story, tell it proudly.
