Welcome to I Love My Job, the series where we hear from women who really love their jobs. In this edition, we sat down with Soraya Molina, a Sales Manager at Achieve — a company with truly “incredible” support, Molina says.
Molina notes that not only has the company helped her grow her career, they also helped her achieve her “vision of success for a Hispanic community.” For instance, earlier in her journey with the company, she was empowered to create one bilingual team, which quickly grew into two teams.
And, now, Molina tells us that she’s proud to have created a bilingual division for Achieve! “We get to help the Hispanic community by setting them up and helping them understand how to find financial success,” explains Molina. “We create a bright financial future for their families and their generations to come.”
