Job Summary
Processes and prepares attendance and enrollment reports for San Joaquin County Office of Education; and assists in all aspects of student services under the direction of San Joaquin County Office of Education Administration. Does related work as required.
Essential Functions:
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Process attendance and enrollment for SJCOE sites
- Prepare Average Daily Attendance and Enrollment reports for assigned SJCOE sites.
- Process and maintains active and inactive student files.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all job-related matters.
- Input data on student demographics, attendance, and enrollment.
- Make mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare correspondence independently.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Proficient in computer use along with word processing, spread sheet, and database information systems.
