Our client is seeking a recent Civil Engineering Graduate and/or Engineering Intern to fill an open position in our clients Winter Park, FL office. The successful candidate will assist with our current project workload. This role provides an opportunity to work in a small team setting with ties to the resources and projects as well as benefits of larger firms.

Responsibilities:
- Duties include design and drafting for the preparation of site civil engineering drawings for subdivision, industrial, and commercial projects
- Design and analyze engineering systems related to land development and utilities
- Development and delivery of calculations for site grading, stormwater management system design, establishment of water and wastewater utilities and roadway requirements for translation into construction drawing plans
- Maintain client communications and build client relations
- Gain experience relevant to obtaining a Professional Engineer license (if applicable)
Qualifications: Civil Engineering Degree required (Bachelors)
- Engineering Intern/Engineer in Training certification required
- 1 – 3 years of experience preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD for design purposes considered an asset
- Civil 3D experience is an asset
- Understanding of land development planning would be considered an asset
- Demonstrate leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adapt well to continual change in a dynamic environment
- Task oriented with excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
