Ashley is an Account Manager with Avenica, a staffing firm that specializes in “building a bridge between qualified, recent college graduates and employers with open career track, entry-level positions.” As an Account Manager, Ashley’s role is to oversee the hiring process from the employer side. She will meet with new clients’ HR team on-site and discuss available positions and goals.
