The Honorable William Hayes is a District Court Judge in the Southern California District of the United States Courts. As an Article III judge, William was nominated by the President of the United States and confirmed by the US Senate. Presiding over both civil and criminal cases, William walks us through the entire process from hearing motions and discovery through to sentencing.
